because of a silly mistake I made when building my first Pontiac last year, I am now faced with a rebuild. I have a few questions that some of you may have some answers to:
-anybody deal with SD Performance in Northwest before?
-are aftermarket Eagle cast cranks pretty good?
-aftermarket forged rods recomendation (455)
-Canton replacement pan and pickup for a 68?
-high volume oil pump recomendations?
-better main and rod bearings ie"full grooved mains"?
-"better" head, intake, oil pan, header gaskets?
any input would be appreciated,
