BREAKING NEWS!! The horn finally works! I elongated the spring to get the pin to stick out further out. I put everything back together & then the horn relay would click, but still no horns. I tested the connections at the horns & they were getting power. I then put a battery charger to the horns, to see if I could get them to work that way & presto, they made sounds. I reconnected the horns to the wiring harness & now they work. A combination of the pin not sticking out far enough in the steering wheel & the horns being "stuck" & getting them unstuck with the battery charger. Thanks for the help everyone!
