thats at least 2 yrs away ,if it happens.....this is just the first step...sell, pocket some of proceeds , live in smaller house.....then , later, maybe another house (or rent one) in Panama...go back and forth a couple of years (if it takes that long) to see which we prefer ,then sell 'the other'....
