It needs floors, rockers, inner/outer fenders, quarters, trunk, misc door work, winshield channel work...
The guy that has done the welding thus far has done a good job. It's going to be very costly to finish that body if you have to pay to have it done. You need to figure out what the car will be worth after restoration and cost to restore to figure out whether or not it's feasible. I'm at the same spot with my 68 Coupe (not numbers matching) 350 2sp. I will have to wait till these cars double or triple in value to make back the investment to restore. In the meantime I bought a vert that I can drive and enjoy.
So what it's worth? Parts only...
You rarely get your money back when your project is half or less done. You will get more with the assembled and the rust covered up.
