Since your the welder then get the body done with the floors, rockers, quarters, inner fenders...the rest is a cake walk.
I can send you some doc from a Camaro project (/w pics) where this guy did all that work. You have to do it right because these things are all uni-body. Lining multiple panels require a frame cart etc.
That new body would worth good money to a restorer! The body alone could be worth $5k plus. It would have to be well documented and photo evidence of what was done.
