Mine's been down for a year. Having two projects at once is not a good idea, plus we've been doing work on a couple of other rock crawlers in my garage too. Mine is getting Dana 60s front and rear with all 35 spline shafts, new Atlas II transfer case, 42" Iroks, 5.13 gears, all new suspension using 3 link in the front and 4 link in the back, Fox air shocks, etc. I'll be glad when it is done. We pretty much finished the second one, but he took it out one time and destroyed his hydraulic steering and both his front air shocks. We pulled his cylinder, put on high steer arms, built new drag link and tie rod, and hope to ship his bent cylinder and my steering box out of the 'bird to PSC for a rebuild at the same time. The third Jeep is in the middle of a 350 swap. We had it all done and found out the rebuild on the 350 was done incorrectly; the owner installed the rings without gapping them, and the engine was so tight we couldn't turn it over. Most likely having all these going at the same time is adding to my frustration and making me a little tired of working on vehicles.
