You cannot put 15" wheels on these cars because they will rub. Let me rephrase it: I cannot put 15" on these cars because the tires will rub. If you want tires that rub--lots of people don't care--slam on whatever will turn by hand with the car is on stands and the wheels pointing in the line of travel.
