I want to register it soon, I'm nowhere near the car running. It's going to come apart to the shell and then get a ground up rebuild. The car won't be ready to drive for at least 4 years. the person I bought it from never registered it, so I have the title and a bill of sale from the person I bought it from. I just want it in my name before I start the rebuild.. I would rather deal with this now before I dump tons of money into it.
