It's a major PITA to do them unless you have all the various jigs you need to press them. It can be done(I did mine), but it's a pain. I don't know about MA but out here they get $25-$30 to R&R each one at a shop. There's eight of them. You can do the math.

One other thing is you have to be careful about pressing on one side of the A-arm because the press will squeeze(bend) the arms and you'll never get them back on. Not to mention ruining the integrity of the part. That isn't a part that you want to be bending and worrying about later.
