Few yrs ago burned 3-4 on mine twice within 2 weeks.
Think trans was hurt when i bought the car. Lasted 50-75 miles.
But a wk or two later aftr rebuild(75-100 miles), same thing.
Was 2 days before race wkend, so put in my old TH400/drvshft combo.

On 2nd tear down only problem could find the same was lip seal rolled on intermidiate apply piston.
To much pressure?
Bad housing? Didnt find anything there.

While put'n trans and stuff in storage under bench noticed cable had also been pinched at fire wall, but still moved freely(out of car).

Not sure if one/other/or both may of caused it?...
