I just went through the removal of them. What a pita. The method I used was to drive a large flat screw driver between the rubber and metal. A little at a time I was able to pry out the rubber on the inside part of the frame. One out I was able to drive out the other.
My gas tank was out so that might have allowed me to get to it easier.
You might be able to cut the large lip off the outside and then rent a bushing removal tool from advance auto to press it out.
