I believe the ST 300 and TH400 have the electric switch, and the TH350 has the kick down cable...

But for the most part, I think Mark is right about the extra bracket, and then the cable just attches to the linkage itself... but that bracket would mount to the carb base and then hold the cable in place... similar idea...
