Mystery solved... Went back to NAPA with the drum. Somewhere over the last 46 years the drums got changed to 68 or later. The seals are different from 67 to 68. Bearings are the same.

So someone replaced the drums at some point and either used 67 seals or the seals were replaced again at a later date and they never bothered to solve the mystery as I just did. I still need to take a look at the drivers front. But I have a set of seals for 67 and 68 now.
