Did you tighten the front or rear leaf mounts with the suspension hanging? If you did, you need to have the car down on the ground before tightening everything up. After removing the lower leaf how does the spring pad fit? Did it snug right up to the welded plate on the rear end or could the squeaking be coming from there? Are you using poly any where in the rear?
