100% agree with that bracket being the same. Not sure what a Heat Control Valve Bracket is or does, but I have already removed it from it's current non-correct location and will place it into the correct position later.
Glad you have original spark wire brackets. After looking over the configuration, I am missing every one of them on the passenger side of the engine. The brackets that where on the pass side were actually supposed to be on the driver side, so I have switched those around too. Now to order the ones for the passenger side.
