I was talking to a friend about the booster issue, he asked if I had installed the filter on the vacuum line to keep gas fumes out.
I had not installed it, just the vacuum line only and the chek valve.
I guess that would be why my 79TA had a filter on the booster vacuum line? To keep fumes out.

He claims the fumes will ruin the diapham inside the booster? is this true?
