Which wheel? There are no exact repro's for a 68 wooden sport- only 69's are available for that.
The deluxe are more plentiful than the standard it seems- they are on epay and Cl often.
The standards seem to be the hardest to find.
As far as refinishing- there are a lot of guys out there, but the re- do rate is kind of high. That's why I am going with Doug Lepak (The steering wheel guy) for mine. he has a different process than others.
If you are not worried about keeping the car looking original- there are multiple sites for different wheels.
