I like the idea of a 200R4 trans. For you guys running them, how is the shifter set up? Can you manually go through the gears with a stock 68 shifter?
I have a 69 with a console shifter and yes I can, if you have a console shifter it looks like you can, but you have to go to SHIFTWORKS and scroll half way down the page and get the shifter conversion kit for your bird. The main thing is the detent that allows you to use all the gears. It is pretty simple and straight forward to install. I think it took me all of about an hour to remove my shifter and remove and install the detent on the shifter to make it work.
