Oh, I found out it isn't a numbers matching.
He mentioned that one can order a block and have it stamped to make "numbers matching".
wow. I wonder how many people do that to call a car numbers matching.
Is that a common practice? How can one tell if someone did that? probably no way to tell. There are ways to tell, you just need to know what to look for.
