well I got the wheel well out by undoing the bottom bolts on the fender and pulling the bottom of the fender out
but not to hard. Should I put it back by just bolting it to the bottom of the fender or pulling out the bottom of the fender
and replace it where it was? I'll check when I go to put it back an see how it fits
