My driver side 1/4 glass has always been a PITA to roll down. I figured I just didn't have it adjusted very well. The passenger side rolls down great and fits great, no issues at all.

So I make another attempt at adjusting it. Its only three adjustment points how hard can it be right? Long story short it looks like I didn't not do a good job putting the 1/4 on that side. Not sure if that the NOS HT 1/4 or the used one from Fabulous Firebirds. It would roll down fine until I put the inside panel in place. Then was pretty tight. Now I understand why.

I took a measurement from the metal trim front and back on both the driver and passenger side. It was really close to 1" front/back on the passenger side. The problem driver side is 1" back but closer to 3/4 by the door. You can see it narrows down.

Having used a HT NOT 1/4, I had to graft this section in as it is different here for convertibles. Rear 1/4 glass is different too. Only took me 20 years to find my mistake.

I have it about as good as it will get. It will go up and down but take some effort. I don't see any fix for this without major work and paint.
