My stock 400 has the single spring. And it is grey, not blue:
Take another look. You have 2 springs. It's not blue because it's corroded now.
If you zoom in on the picture you can see the smaller spring inside of the larger spring. They occupy the same holes but there's two physical space Springs Nope. Single spring. No corrosion.
