Thanks for your help! I would attach a picture to better describe the screws but I don't have the rights to do that yet I guess. I think these might actually work USMC. I would have to drop the dash bezel to check the holes again but I do think they are the same. The pre drilled holes in the re-pop dash bezel do not line up with the holes in the dash pad though. If I have to, I will just drill new holes that line up. Luckily you cant see it unless you are in the floor board looking up.

Can anyone confirm these clips are the ones needed? It makes sense that they come in a 5 pack.
