From my research, The cocktail shakers were designed to take vibrations out and dampen the "cowl Shake" that is inherent in Uni-body convertible design.
This usually would cause the windshield to vibrate slightly and distort the view while looking through the glass I don't think they will improve front end shake you are describing.
