Yes, the description is accurate. Double female buckles mount on the insides of the tunnel, and shoulder belt mounts to the roof. There is not much 'give' in this arrangement, thus why nobody used them. This site or Epay are good places to find seatbelts. They are made aftermarket, but very expensive. Also, two styles of buckles. Deluxe were stainless, and standard were plastic.
