It is difficult to remove but you might check under the bottom of the rear seat for the build sheet. They often stuffed them up in the springs and padding as they rolled down the line. Color codes are on those too. Although, if there, it too, may show nothing more than the special color code.

Bottom line, you have proven a special color which is rare. Add that to the pink overspray and it is pretty clear it was originally pink.
