1. My 350 with the RA IV pump always runs at 60 PSI so don't be worried about that.
2. Not to be Captain Obvious but was there fluid in the radiator, and if so, was it flowing through the engine?
The engine is new, and tight, so it will generally run hot initially. It would be nice to have a mechanical gauge to get an idea of how hot the engine was truly running.
