Update swapped out the plugs, adjusted the idle to 1000 rather then 800 and its back to running well, when the problem was happening it was fine under load and revving the engine was fine but at idle it would just bog down and die out. I have noticed that when it gets around 200 degrees it does hiccup a bit when sitting idle at lights. I am not a huge fan of the current carb, its an edlebrock that came on the car when I got it. It is easy to tune and adjust but the choke is electronic and some times its great others its not. I do plan on adding a new heat insulator gasket.
