I have a new to me '68 convertible. The first time I go to open the glove box the key and part of the lock fall out and the box is closed. I can't seem to put the tumbler (I think that's what it's called) back in. It has little silver metal pieces that fit into slots but looks like 2 slots are empty.

I see replacement locks available but how do I get the box open to replace it?
