I know this sucks but did you test fit the intake to make sure it clears the edge of valley pan I installed a intake on my 350 and it hit the valley pan edge just enough that it wouldn’t seal Dry fit without gaskets to see if it clears and sits on heads correct I know it’s a pain in the [censored] The intake should have some side to side movement to center up If it hits you may have to adjust valley pan a little Worst case you may have to file the edge about 1/16 of an inch if it hits
