Paul, This may be another haystack but you could try Chicago Muscle Car Parts. I've purchased from them a few times and stopped by their place a couple times. They have many used parts. Currently in their online catalog they show (without a photo) "175092 - WINDLACE END CAP LH 67 F EAL-SHAPED SPCF CLR USED - $30" The abbreviations are rough but it may be the part and it appears is says "specify color". Maybe worth a call or email.
