Tranny and rear-end numbers???

I have a '69 350 Firebird. Can someone tell me what tranny and rear-end the attached pics are? The axle code is on passenger side, front of tube. There is also the housing cast code. And i posted pic of a few numbers on the driver's side of tranny. My PHS sheet says its supposed to be a TH350.
