my welding skills are... innadequete, but i have a pro (welds for a living) that has promised to help me out untill i learn the ropes. I realize that many people have had worse, but when i got the thing i thought, new floor, new paint, fix up the engine, done. Now it looks like everything that is in the car has to be fixed or replaced... alot different than my original intentions.

btw, does anyone know of a good shop where i could get my rocker panels replaced in northern illinois/ southern wisconsin?
