You can make your own, as I did years ago and still performing fine. Buy the appropriate long steel bolt at Lowes or Home Depot, cleanly cut the bolt head off, modify the other end with a sander and burnisher to be a bit pointy (but not too much), then set up the length using two nuts that lock her in to the length you want. Its an easy job. This long bolt is literally held in by spring and pressure. As time goes by, and your clutch wears down, you simply need to adjust the length of the long bolt by re-adjusting the retainer nuts on that long bolt. I have plenty of photos of the process if you need them.
