For what it's worth, I did mine with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator, then topped with 3m Rubberized Undercoating, then topped with AC Delco Black and Aqua spatter paint. The only thing I'll say is even if I tried to lay the can down on a "grazing" angle, almost parallel to the surface, I couldn't get the "long" splatters of aqua. I think if you REALLY want to get specific to true out of the factory, you'll need to get the aqua and spray it separately with an airless gun on a real thick tip setting. The cans we get are a mix of black and aqua, and, well, that's what you get.
By the way. If you have one of those aftermarket vinyl houndstooth trunk mats in there, take a look under it. Mine is gone because it was gathering moisture, and created a rusty film under it. Even though it was painted. They dont breathe, and through the humid summers hear, they can apparently collect enough condensation to create an issue...
