Ok. So I finally replaced the 4 bulb sockets in the trunk so they would ground better. Now when I turn on the lights, the left side works with turn signals, but the right side is solid brake light. I checked all the wiring in the trunk up to the back seat and it all looks good. Still no brake lights when pedal is depressed.
