I'm originally from Long Island and never was pulled over for going 2-3 MPH over the speed limit anywhere in NY.
They got rid of those speed cameras in AZ because they have been proven nothing more than a money grab.
I left NY in 2005 because i seen where it was heading, your guilty till proven innocent.
