That fuse feeds three main circuits, those two courtesy lamps, the cigarette lighter, and the glove box lamps (plus possibly some other circuit that needs 24/7 +12v - via a spade plug by the fuse.)

First I would check the lighter for a short.

Second, make sure the glove box orange wire has not come loose and grounded out on something.

Third, I would suspect the two courtesy lights for a loose wire shorted out. Those lights are pretty easy to inspect. If I recall, the door jam switches only provides ground to the ground side of the bulbs so I don't suspect them.

If there is another circuit plugged into the spade lug next to the fuse, such as the optional clock, make sure the winder inside it has not shorted out. If someone has added another circuit on that lug..... it too could be suspect.
