The 1968 Service Manual has a chart showing the master cylinder codes (CT and FR) used that year. I don't have a '67 Service Manual Firebird Supplement but if you or anyone reading this does, you might check to see if that year's document had the same Master Cylinder Usage Chart. It is in Standard Brakes section in '68.
