I really liked my 1968 OHC-6. It was not slow, and the front end was lighter with it. It handled much better than a V-8. I put a two barrel 350 in and it was not much better than the 6. It wasn't until I put a 400 in that I saw a big difference. Too bad the cam oiling was so bad. The blind lifters they called ' lash adjusters' got gunked up and they ticked like crazy. Then the cam lobes would suffer. To this day I wished I had saved it and figured about a way to improve that.
