Miles, there is a single phillips head screw on the lower part of the moulding(right where it curves under)that i think needs to be removed as it passes through the rubber.I am not sure but i think:
A: you remove the window and attack it from there
B: you can pull the moulding from the chrome and window on the car but risk damage to the window if the adhesive is strong, which it usually is.This however leaves the screw remaining in the moulding for when you go to replace the rubber.
This is all of course if you can or cannot access the screw with the window on the car.
My thoughts are go with plan A.
