I have Eibach springs on my car with a CHevy 350. They lowered the car about 3/4 an inch. I would think the additional weight of a Pontiac block would make the drop a bit more.

The spring rate is 500 and, coupled with poly T-bar bushings, the car turns very flat. My headers no longer fear railroad tracks or speedbumps.
