Anyone happen to know how much voltage a stock coil puts out? A book I just bought says 40,000 volts. It also says that most V8s only use about 30,000. It says that these 40,000 volt coils that are sold with aftermaket set-ups are all marketing and not any better than a standard coil. Hmmmm...Anybody got another opinion?
