It goes:
1: balancer
2: pulley
3: spacer (with four holes)
4: four bolts
5: washer
6: single bolt torque @ 160 ft/lbs
Now if i recall correctly, you can assemble the balancer,pulley,spacer and bolts as one,then slip it on and then slip the washer and bolt in and bolt it down.
