My photo above is off a 67 400 so it should be the same as your 326. I just took it apart and there's a washer-like piece with 6 holes that goes between the pulley and the balancer/weight thing.
So it goes hub, pulley, 6 hole washer thing, weight, 6 bolts to hub.
