The Eggshell Black from CI is indeed 30% which is correct, and I have yet to do the top in the 0% I have on my shelf (I believe it's a different "flat black" product from the CI catalogue).
I found the Black-it VERY easy to apply, without the tendancy to want to drip/sag when oversprayed, which is nice as I found it difficult to stand the car on it'd nose.
I've used the SEM Landau black redoing my pillar posts and misc small vinyl/rubber pieces and it is a nice product as well. Their prep spray is likely the same type of silcone cleaner I mentioned above.
