The carbs are 750 CFM (not that the Sprint needs that much, but being a spread-bore, only what is needed will be provided).
The Q-Jet throttle body is aluminum; as such is could be welded and machined if necessary. Generally easier to acquire a base plate from a junk carburetor of the same number(for instance, one where someone tried to fix a stripped-out fuel inlet with one of the self-tapping fittings, which ruins the casting).
On rarer carburetors, one would repair the existing baseplate.
