I am having a really hard time adjusting my hood so that it sits down in the corners by the cowl when shut. I know my hood will fit since I took off my hinges and set it in the channel, it fits fine that way, and I have slotted my hinges to bring them down, yet nothing I do works. Is it true that if I slot the holes the opposite way it will help it sit down? As it is, the hood sits up over an inch in the corners at the cowl. Any suggestions for me to get this straightened out? Thanks
