I wouldn't buy it because I don't do business with people who include negative business practices. "I'll burn you if you don't pay" DUH! What an idiot!!!!
I couldn't see all of the pictures because a lot of them were X 'ed out. The pictures I could see didn't show anything. Based on the nature of the seller, I assume it's a con artist selling the car. Also, look at the description. The lights work. Based on those to items, I wouldn't touch it.
Instead, I would have bought 69 350 Rag Top's car because it's clearly a case of what you see is what you get, and the seller wasn't attempting to hide anything.
The problem with the eBay car is that you can pack the rust holes with bondo, block it well, somke some paint on, and presto! you have a show car for less restoration costs than 69 Rag's purchase price.
69: My 9 had identical rust in the fenders. I had pictures of the repair, and they are probabally still exist in my earlier posts. The thing is that my computer had vd and I cannot draw up the patch.
How did you work the lip of the fender that goes behind the fender? I could have tacked to the existing area, but it was obvious that the cancer was too deeply ingrained to do a lasting repair, so I ended up fabricating the whole area out of one peice of metal.
Did you fabricate the area behind or were you able to save it and attach to it? If you fabricated the area, how did you do it?
