I have a 350 Automatic I recently bought. When checking the Trans I noticed what apperas to be a switch or some sort of cable connection which has been cut. At first I thought it might be the odometer cable, but that works. Couldn't find anything in the manual.

Guy I got the car from said the kick-down cable needed to be replaced. Could this be it?
